Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "dax88" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the dax88 online betting and casino platform, operated by the international licensed entity that owns and maintains the domain dax88.cam and all associated services.
• "User" / "you" / "your" / "Member" / "Player" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided by dax88.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a User upon completing the dax88 registration process and verified through the applicable KYC procedure.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a User's dax88 Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — the total aggregate bet value that must be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• "Eligible Territory" — for the purposes of these Terms, Indonesia is the primary intended market for dax88 services. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law remains entirely the responsibility of the User.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity, age, and address prior to full Account access being granted.
• "Prohibited Person" — any individual who is (a) under 21 years of age, (b) self-excluded from dax88, (c) identified on any applicable sanctions list, or (d) accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly criminalized at the individual level.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on dax88, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dax88 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction through mandatory KYC verification. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds handled in accordance with our underage gambling policy.
• You must be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold dax88 Accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of dax88 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order placed through your dax88 Account or through any third-party responsible gaming program recognized by dax88.
• You must not previously have had a dax88 Account closed for reasons relating to fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms.
• You represent and warrant that the funds you deposit into your dax88 Account are lawfully obtained and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one single Account on dax88. The existence of multiple Accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, date of birth, IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or residential address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National ID (KTP Nasional).
• Valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid, personally controlled email address.
• A secure password of your choosing. dax88 recommends a password of at least 12 characters combining upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.
• The Indonesian bank account or e-wallet you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted using your credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. dax88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to secure your login details.

You must notify dax88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or if your email address or password has been compromised. Contact details are set out in Clause 16.

Identity Verification (KYC)

dax88 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Account holders before permitting withdrawals and, in certain cases, before permitting deposits above defined thresholds. The KYC process requires you to submit:

• Government-issued photo ID: A clear copy or photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional), or a valid Indonesian passport.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie verification: A photograph of you holding your primary ID document next to your face, taken within the last 48 hours.
• Payment method verification: Evidence confirming that any bank account or e-wallet linked to your dax88 Account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) is registered in your own name.

Standard KYC review takes between 1 and 24 hours. dax88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if compliance or fraud-prevention requirements dictate. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete and approved.

Deposits

All deposits on dax88 are processed and held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the point of deposit.
• Accepted deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is displayed in your Account dashboard.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account name does not match the dax88 Account holder name — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the Account being investigated for potential breach of these Terms.
• dax88 does not charge fees on standard IDR deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are beyond the control of dax88.
• Most deposits are credited instantly. In the event of a technical delay, credits are typically confirmed within 15–30 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 60 minutes, contact dax88 support with your transaction reference number.
• dax88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposit patterns as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations. Such reviews may cause temporary delays in credit or withdrawal processing.

Withdrawals

The following terms govern all withdrawal requests from a dax88 Account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in your Account dashboard and may vary depending on Account verification level and payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the dax88 Account holder. This requirement is a compliance obligation and cannot be waived.
• A completed and approved KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request can be processed. Pending KYC reviews will pause withdrawal processing until verification is concluded.
• dax88 processes the majority of withdrawal requests to major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) within minutes of approval. During peak periods or scheduled maintenance windows, processing times may extend to a maximum of 24 hours.
• Only Real Money Balance that has satisfied all applicable wagering requirements is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be removed from your Account if you initiate a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is complete.
• dax88 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard IDR bank transfers. E-wallet withdrawal fees, if applicable, are disclosed at the point of the withdrawal request.
• dax88 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. The Account holder will be notified of any investigation-related hold within a reasonable timeframe.

Bonuses & Promotions

dax88 offers a range of promotional incentives to registered members, including a Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any offer-specific conditions published at the time the promotion is made available:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to verified Account holders who meet the eligibility conditions stated in the specific promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Welcome Bonus: The 100% first-deposit match bonus up to Rp 20.000.000 is available to newly registered dax88 members on their first qualifying deposit only. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rp 50.000. The bonus is credited automatically upon deposit confirmation and must be activated within 7 days of credit.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement of 5× the combined value of the deposit and the bonus amount before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 on sports markets, and bets on eligible slot games contributing 100% of their stake, count toward wagering requirements. • Cashout of Winnings: The maximum withdrawal from winnings generated from a single bonus activation is capped at 10× the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a higher limit.
• Abuse and Exploitation: dax88 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold withdrawals, and close Accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated multi-Account wagering, low-risk bet hedging to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other behavior deemed exploitative of the promotion structure.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on dax88, across all product categories including sports betting, bandar bola (sportsbook markets), live casino, slot games, and togel (number lottery format) products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. dax88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where a market is void under the applicable sporting rules or where a technical error has demonstrably affected the displayed odds at the time of placement.
• dax88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly posted in error (manifest error). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Account holder's Balance without further payment.
• In the event of a disputed outcome on a sporting event, dax88 will settle markets based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI, BWF) within the applicable settlement timeframe. Settlement timeframes are displayed in the sportsbook interface.
• Maximum payout limits per single event, per day, and per Account apply and are displayed in the sportsbook and casino lobby. Winnings exceeding these limits will be paid up to the maximum cap stated.
• dax88 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum winnings available to any Account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of consistent winning patterns that suggest professional or arbitrage betting activity.
• RNG-based slot games and number games including togel products on dax88 use certified random number generation technology. All game outcomes are determined at the time of each game round and are independent of previous or subsequent rounds.

Responsible Gaming

dax88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The following tools are available to all verified Account holders and can be activated at any time through the Account Settings section or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit cap on your Account. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; reductions take effect immediately.

Intellectual Property

All content on the dax88 platform — including but not limited to the website design, branding, logos, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of dax88 or its licensed content partners (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the dax88 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the dax88 platform or its content without prior written consent from dax88.

Limitations of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits dax88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

dax88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration or within any shorter period required by compliance review.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity associated with the Account.
• Any activity that dax88, in its reasonable judgment, determines constitutes a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

You may also request closure of your Account at any time by contacting dax88 support. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Balance in excess of the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable compliance checks have been completed.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dax88 holds its primary international gaming license. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or from your use of the dax88 platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Amendments to These Terms

dax88 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dax88 will publish the updated Terms at this URL with a revised Effective Date and will, where reasonably practicable, notify active Account holders via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the dax88 platform after the Effective Date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your Account before the new Terms take effect.
